ずっと前から気になっていたLaurel Haloの作品がレコードでのみ入手可能であったため、また２ヶ月前に実家に戻っていてターンテーブルがいつでも使用可能であるから、セール販売していたことも理由の一つ。
巷でいうレコード流行も最近のデジタル録音の場合はCDと比べてどちらがどうのと言えないと思っている。ただジャケットの面積が大きいのはデザインに訴える要素が大きいのは間違いないから手荒に扱えなくてもレコードのほうがすばらしいですか？
それよりも再生装置の違いによることのほうが大きいとは思うので再就職が決まったらソフトよりもハードにお金を注ぎ込み、鳴らす部屋も今の部屋よりよりよい部屋にコンポを将来移動できればと考えている。
肝心の音楽そのものは美しいし、その他のエレクトロニカと比べてもよいのだからとにかくHaloの作品をもっと聴き込んでいこう。
